About ExPERTS
The Extension Projects Electronic Repository and Tracking System (ExPERTS) is Biliran Province State University’s centralized digital platform for managing, monitoring, documenting, and reporting Extension Programs, Projects, and Activities.
ExPERTS enables the Office of Extension Services and Societal Impact (OESSI) to maintain accurate and accessible records, monitor implementation, generate reports, and support accountability, evidence-based decision-making, quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional reporting.
ExPERTS is a product of the developmental research of Ms. Jhanna Mariel A. Merino, MIT, Chairperson for Extension Services and Societal Impact, School of Technology and Computer Studies, and Mr. Lorenzo R. de la Cruz, Information Officer III.
